Heart-Broken ... My girlfriend of 15 years got Covid and while in the hospital, they found she has cancer. As quickly as possible, she had surgery, which went well, and she's responding pretty well chemo and meds. However, her cancer is so fucking aggressive, continues spread thruout her entire body regardless ... She's 43 - her diagnosis is terminal - life expectancy 18 months 5 years ... That's all ... I am so very sorry to hear of your friends diagnosis of cancer. I just lost a very close family member a few weeks before Christmas, as well as both of my parents. Cancer does suck big time. Trix, this can be a very special time for both you and your friend. Being there for her, helping her, taking her places not only helps her but it's also a very special bonding experience for the both of you. Being there to hold her hand and knowing that when she does pass will be so very meaningful to you. You won't know it now but trust me it was the most rewarding thing I've ever done for my mother. I wish they could find a cure to help everyone who gets it survive. Hugs to you my friend.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
